Attached is a .pdf that will guide you through how the job-signup process will take place so you are not lost when you begin. Some jobs go faster than others and we want everybody to have the fairest chance to get what suits their family best. Please review  the 2024 Torpedoes Jobs Signup Demo before signups begin.

Here are some important reminders and details:

1. Signups begin on Wednesday evening, 8 May at 8:00PM.
2. A background check MUST be completed to be a Tent Parent. Here is the link: https://shrsl.org/forms/background-screening/
3. The signup process is entirely computer driven and first come, first served.
4. When you find the job you want, it is important to scroll down and save, and then go find the next desired job and save until you have enough points for the season.
5. The direct link to sign-up is https://www.swimnt.org/swim_meets .
6. For the best outcome, review the catalog and then review your family’s plans so you know which meets and other events would be ideal for your family to complete your service requirements.
7. Events 1-37 is the first half of a meet unless otherwise specified.
8. Events 38-79 is the second half of a meet unless otherwise specified.
9. Tent Setup for home meets is usually able to be accomplished very early with coordination with the other volunteers; the time for Tent Setup for away meets is subject to the rules and regulations of the host; Tent Breakdown begins on or around Event 60 at each meet.
10. Be sure to sign up for more than or equal to 12 points to fulfill your family service requirement.
