Hi Torpedoes,

On Friday May 10th we will have our annual Kick-off Party at Ellis Creek Pool. We will also be distributing team t-shirts to all swimmers and take our team photo promptly at 5pm.

Pizza will be provided (please bring your own drinks). We will start distributing team shirts at 4:30pm so the kids can wear for the team photo.

After the picture, the kids can swim and eat. If you have other children that are not on the team that want to swim, they are welcome but a parent must get in the water if they are not good swimmers.

We will have a raffle at the Kick-Off party as well! You will not want to miss this!! Some of the items are....One Reserved Parking Spot for each of the home meets, Private lessons with a Coach, Lunch with a Coach, etc. $1 per ticket or 12 tickets for $10. It is a great way to raise money for our team college scholarships! We will accept cash and Zelle.

A Note about Team Photos:

William & Mary Photography will be coming on Friday, May 10th for Individual/Sibling and Team Photo. Individual and Sibling pictures begin at 4PM at Ellis Creek. No reservations are needed - just show up to Ellis Creek and get in line. Here is the link (https://wamphotoprepay.net/Default) to pre-pay. Scroll down to New Territory Swim Team Torpedoes. The other option is to bring the attached order form and payment method (cash, check, debit, credit and apple pay). They will have some forms if you don’t have a printer. Your swimmer’s individual/sibling photo will NOT be taken if you have not prepaid or pay at the pool. If you are taking an individual or sibling picture, we would recommend wearing your team swimsuits. Each swimmer, if registered before 4/26, will receive a team t-shirt for the Team picture. We might have a few left and will disperse any extras for the picture, but it might not be their favored size. Team picture will begin PROMPTLY at 5PM. Please do not be late. It will take a while to get all of the swimmers lined up on the risers.
