Torpedo Families,

We are quickly approaching the season's first practice. Here are a few updates & reminders:

- We have several Chairperson vacancies; we CANNOT RUN THE SEASON WITHOUT FILLING THEM. Each of these positions will allow you to meet your immediate family's entire volunteer requirement for the season. Additionally, these select jobs are necessary only for home meets.

    -- Awards & Scoring Chair.

    -- Deck Boss Chair.

    -- Announcer.

    -- Starter.

- Sponsorships. Please use the attached form to solicit sponsorships from employers and/or local businesses. We can take money or in-kind donations for numerous team events.

- "Meet the Coach" April 7th, 4 PM at The Club. Coach Sean and Board members will be there for an in-person meet & greet.

- Registration Ends, April 19th. Please spread the word to friends in New Territory and any surrounding neighborhoods to come swim with us. Most neighborhoods do not have their own swim teams so we will happily host them as Torpedoes!

- Parent Team Meeting, April 21st via Zoom. Attendance is required for the presentation portion. We will quickly review impoortant information for the season and take questions afterwards.

- First Practice. April 29th. Check for updates to the practice & meet schedules here.

- Stroke Judge Training at New Territory, May 4th. This training is only held 2-3 times per year, and we have been lucky enough to have one here in NT, take advantage of this opportunity so you are eligible for Stroke Judge!

- Kick-Off Party, May 9th.

- Time Trials 1, May 16th.

- Time Trials 2, May 23. Will clean up those who missed the first trial.
