Dear Torpedo Families,

We hope your family is staying warm and healthy as we approach the 2025 swim season! We are excited to announce that returning family registration will officially open on February 15 for the 2025 season, and we can’t wait to see our returning swimmers and their families back on deck!

As we prepare for registration, we’re also exploring the possibility of allowing volunteer sign-ups during the registration process. We’re still working out the technical details, but we’ll keep you posted as soon as that option becomes available.

Speaking of volunteers – we urgently need your help to ensure the success of the team in the coming season. Our Board of Directors plays a vital role in keeping things running smoothly, and we’re actively seeking parents to fill two key positions:

• Treasurer
• A general Board Member

Many of our current board members will be completing their tenure this season, and we’re excited to bring in new energy and fresh ideas from parents with younger swimmers. If you’re passionate about the swim team and have the time to contribute, we encourage you to consider stepping up and making a difference. Volunteering for a Board position is a great way to ensure the future of the team and have a direct impact on your child’s swim experience.

We’ll be sending more details soon, but in the meantime, please start thinking about whether you can lend a hand or help fill these important roles.
