Our team apps are SportsYou and SwimTopia.

SportsYou App, team code = TEBLGY3A. It is critical you download SportsYou; practice modifications and most communications on swim meet days will be via this app.  SportsYou - Apple     SportsYou - GooglePlay

SwimTopia App, same user credentials you use to logon to the team website. SwimTopia is not critical, but it will allow you to see the team schedule without going to the team website. It also allows you to view the meet progress and see your swimmers’ results.  SwimTopia - Apple  SwimTopia - GooglePlay

All schedule information from SportsYou was deleted because I was unable to remove the RSVP function. All of our event RSVPs and Swimmer Declarations will be on the website not in SportsYou. Look at the attached slides for info on background screening, stroke clinic and how to declare your swimmers for meets. Declare your swimmers for all swim meets as soon as practical. The system default is “not attending”, swimmers will not participate in any meet unless they are declared by you as “attending”.

This Friday, May 10th is our Kick-off Party at Ellis Creek Pool!! RSVP for HERE so we know how much food to order 

• Individual & sibling pictures begin at 4:00 PM, pre-pay HERE or pay at the pool.
• All swimmers will show at 4:30 PM to receive team t-shirts.
• At 5:00 PM the group picture coordination begins.
• Pizza is provided, bring your own drinks. Bring cash or Zelle for the raffle!!
• Swim party ends at 8:00 PM, help rearrange pool furniture before you leave.

The pool management company will administer a swim test for ALL children 12 & Under, swimmers and siblings alike. If any children are unable to make it across the 25 yard pool, a parent must be in the water with them.
